H & M mobile campigan


Hennes & Mauritz AB, operating as H&M, is a clothing company saleing clothes for different customer, such as women, men, teenagers and children clothes.

Now, they are developing a mobile marketing campaign to promote their shop. The campaign includes SMS coupons, using messaging and MMS. Consumers can login to enter their mobile number on the site in order to get SMS alerts and mobile coupons with special offers.

The text message "Show this coupon in store to get 20 percent off your purchase." Customer receive the message who are go to H&M within 3 or 4 hours, they can get the discount.

For example, in the new H&M shop in Berlin, customers presented their mobile coupon to the EXIO™ scanner. Through GPRS communication connected to the YOC database if success passes the system which will printed out a ticket let customers to get a free T-Shirt.
